Our journey with probiotics began long before our brand officially launched on February 14, 2021.
In 2015, I discovered milk kefir and began incorporating it into my daily routine. Experiencing its benefits firsthand sparked a deeper curiosity about the connection between gut health and overall well-being.
When the pandemic arrived, it strengthened my commitment to nourishing the body with real, wholesome food. Since not everyone in my family enjoyed milk kefir, I started experimenting with non-dairy probiotic alternatives that were both beneficial and enjoyable to drink. That’s how water kefir soda became a staple in our home.

What started as a simple homemade beverage soon became an important part of our family's wellness journey. My husband, who had struggled with digestive discomfort for years, noticed improvements after regularly incorporating kefir soda into his routine. It also became our healthier alternative to commercial soft drinks, offering the same refreshing fizz while naturally providing beneficial probiotics.
As both our dairy and non-dairy probiotic beverages became household staples, family and friends began showing interest in what we were making. Seeing the positive impact these fermented drinks had on our lives inspired me to share them with others.
What began as a personal passion soon evolved into a mission: to make nourishing, probiotic-rich products accessible to more people seeking healthier choices for themselves and their families.

From our first handcrafted labels to our current packaging, each redesign marks a chapter in our journey.
What started as a personal wellness journey gradually grew through word of mouth, community markets, home deliveries, and retail partnerships. Today, customers can enjoy our probiotic beverages through Lechon Queen, our website and social media pages, and GrabFood, as we continue making probiotic wellness accessible to more families across Cebu.
Today, our brand is more than just a business. It is a reflection of my passion for natural wellness, my love for creating wholesome food and drinks, and my belief that true health begins in the gut.
Every bottle we craft is made with care, using simple ingredients and traditional fermentation methods, with the hope of helping others take small but meaningful steps toward better health and well-being.
