Milk Kefir and Hybrid Greek Yogurt is available through our website and is prepared primarily on a pre-order basis. Store pickup may also be arranged with advance notice.

• All of our probiotic products are handcrafted in small batches using real ingredients, natural infusions, and live cultures.
• As part of the natural fermentation process, slight variations in flavor, tartness, carbonation, texture, and appearance may occur from batch to batch.
• Our fermented foods and beverages are living products and may continue to naturally develop over time.
• Proper refrigeration is strongly recommended immediately upon receiving your order.
• Milk Kefir orders follow a daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM.
• Orders placed beyond the cutoff may be moved to the following available production schedule.
• Full payment may be required before preparation and scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Some products may require advance booking depending on ingredient availability and batch allocation.
• Once preparation has begun, modifications, cancellations, refunds, or scheduling changes may not always be possible.
Certain products, flavors, packaging formats, and seasonal offerings may be subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• We carefully package all orders before dispatch.
• Once products have been handed over to a third-party courier, delays, spills, breakage, or mishandling during transport are beyond our control.
• Customers are encouraged to refrigerate products immediately upon receipt.
• Glass bottles should be handled carefully after delivery.

We believe good fermentation and good stewardship go hand in hand. Many of our products are bottled in reusable glass containers to help reduce waste and encourage more sustainable consumption habits.
Return your eligible I Gut U glass bottles and receive ₱20 cash back per bottle, or have the amount credited toward your next purchase.
For customers with regular deliveries, we may also arrange bottle collection once you have at least 15 bottles ready for return. Bottle pickup can be scheduled on the same day as your new delivery to the same address for added convenience.
There is no separate collection route fee for bottle returns. Customers will only pay the applicable delivery fee for any new order being delivered.
To qualify for the program:
Bottles must be rinsed and reasonably clean.
Bottles must be free from major cracks, chips, or damage.
All returns remain subject to staff assessment.
By returning bottles, you're helping us reduce waste, extend the life of reusable packaging, and support a more sustainable probiotic community.
